Show Donna May Evans Chooses Attendants for Wedding Miss Donna May Evans' sister, Mrs. O. Wilburt Chamberlin, will act as matron of honor for Miss Evans' reception onMay 27, which will honor Miss Evans and Harold G. Wise, who are to be married that morning in the Salt Lake L. D. S. temple. Attending matron will be Mrs. George L. Price and the bridesmaids will include Miss Gwendolyn Shields, Miss Marjorie Adams and Miss Frances Eng- dahl of Poulson, Mont Mr. Wise's brother, Roland Wise, will arrive In Salt Lake City by plana from Saline, Kan., Just before the wedding to act as best man for the bridegroom. Tha flower girls will be Mra. Chamberlin's two small daughters, Janics and Marlene. Honoring her sister en Monday evening, Mrs. Chamberlin, 3701 Twenty-third Eaat street, entertained enter-tained at a ahower at tha home of her parents. Mr. and Mrs. D. E. Evans, 36M Twenty-third East atreet Cohostess at tha party was Mrs. David Wayna Evana, Bot Elm avenue. The 30 guests plsyed Monte Carle whist during tha evening, after which a late supper was served al tha small tsbles, which were decorated deco-rated with purple iris snd bridal wreath. Two more parties have bean added add-ed to the list of tha affairs which will honor Misa Evans before her marriage. Tha first Is te be a dinner din-ner to be given for the couple by Mr. and Mrs. George L. Price at their home, 125 Sixth East street on Saturday evening. Three hosteaaaa. Miss Shields, dss Thirteenth Eaat street; Miss Florence Flor-ence Larson and Misa Helen Blake, 44 Second East street will compliment compli-ment Donna May at a breakfast and persons ahower at tha Shlslds' homa on Sunday morning. |
