Show flewlyweds Greet Guests At Wedding Reception NEOLA (Special) Friends and relatives of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Eldredge, nee Dolores Hutcheon, assembled at the Neola chapel Wednesday evening eve-ning to extend their best wishes wish-es to the newlyweds, and to' wish them success and happiness happi-ness in their marriage. In the receiving line with the bride and groom were Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Kirkham, of Salt Lake City, parents of the bride; Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Eldredge, of Ballard, father and mother of the groom; Norman Bodily, assumed the duties of best man; Dorothy Bracken as matron of honor. Bridesmaids included Lucille Hutcheon, sister of the bride; Shirley Cloward and Cleo Allred. The bride's floor-length dress was of imported Chantilly lace over ivory slipper satin, with a ruffle of pleated nylon tulle around the bottom. Her fingertip finger-tip veil of illusion fell from a tiara of seed pearls and rhine-stones. rhine-stones. She carried a bouquet of stephonates surrounding a white gardenia, from which fell white streamers. Mothers of both the bride and groom chose navy blue and white dresse-s, with identical corsages of white carnations and stephanotis. Matron Mat-ron of honor was gowned in white nylon dotted swiss, and carried a bouquet of pink carnations car-nations and white daisies, with green streamers. Frocks of the bridesmaids were styled like that of the matron of honor. Cleo Allred and Shirley Cloward Clow-ard chose green dotted swiss nylon ny-lon and Lucille Hutcheon was in pink, of the same material. All three girls carried bouquets of pink carnations and white daisies, with pink streamers. Mrs. Marie Bartlett was in charge of the guest book. The gift room was presided over by Mrs. Grant Rowberry, assisted by Chell Gardner and KaDee Bastian. Nancy Eldredge, JoAnn Eldredge, Beth Pace and Sandra Rowberry received the gifts from the guests and carried them to the gift room. In charge of the refreshments were Mrs. Geneva Whiting and Vera Pace, . with Alleen Peterson, Connie Bastian, Beth Allred and Moiia Allred assisting in the serving. The evening was spent in dancing. dan-cing. A program was given with Tal Wardle as master of ceremonies. cere-monies. Out of town guests who came to attend the affair included Mr. and Mrs. Jack McQuire and Charles Hutcheon, of River-dale; River-dale; Mrs. Ada Hutcheon, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Kirkham, Lucille Lu-cille and Clayton Hutcheon, Cleo Allred, all of Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Allred, of Heber City; Mr. and Mrs. Gene Hanson, of Provo; Mr. and Mrs. Don Davis, Mrsi Ada Anderson, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley "Anderson, Vernal; Mr. and Mrs. LeVere Crandall, of Peoa; Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Bartlett, Bart-lett, Provo; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hanson, Altamont. The newlyweds plan to visit friends in . various Utah towns until Mr. Eldredge receives his call back to the service which he expects shortly. |
