Porter, state director for the Utah federation of the women s clubs, outlined tho plans for tho entertainment en-tertainment of tho Utah delegates to the biennial meeting of the federation of women's clubs to bo hold at Dcs Moines, Iowa, June 10 to 23, at the final mooting of the western club women held at the Commercial club in Salt Lake, yesterday. Oregon and Washington, although al-though not represented at the conference, confer-ence, have signified their desire of entering the federation. The closing sessions of the conference confer-ence will be held nt 10 a. m. today, at the Commercial club.
