Show Anoikr Litigant in C. S. Court Proceedings BOSTON, April 8. Attorney-General Weston Allen announced toda,y that he would file a suit for intervention interven-tion in the litigation involving governing govern-ing board of the Christian Science church and Its publishing society. He said the papers would be presented to the court today or tomorrow. ' His action will be taken In behalf of the members of the church as beneficiaries bene-ficiaries of a public charily under a law which requires that the attorney general shall enforce tho due appropriation appro-priation of funds of public charities within the commonwealth. The report of Frederic Dodge as master In the suit of the trualccs of the publishing society against tho director di-rector of the mother church held that the funds of both the church and tho society constituted public charities t through deeds of gift executed by'Mra.
