Show oo i FAILED TO "GET" SHOT BY WIFE HANSEN ALLEGES "She put a gun up against me and said If I didn't get out she would shoot. I didn't get out and she shot." Thus William Hansen, husband of Mrs. Elvira Hansen explained domestic domes-tic entanglements which resulted In slight wounds to him. Mrs. Hansen, who had been granted a decree of separate maintenance, pending a divorce di-vorce decree, ordered her husband from a blacksmith shop which he had boon told to stay away from by tho district court, and when he refused, hard words, spoken in tho Danish tongue, flow thick and fast, it was brought out this morning at the city court. Words led to blows and after Hansen had struck his wife, their 13-year-old son arrived on the scene with a revolver, according to the testimony. The mother took the rovolver and told Hansen to leave. She then shot at him, It is alleged, inflicting slight wounds on his legs. Ed Heilman, carpenter and contractor, con-tractor, testified for Mrs. Hansen. Tho case was continued until Saturday Sat-urday morning at 10 o'clock when the decision will be given by Judge Itob-orts. |
