Show IDAHO FIRES IQERJpilOl District Forester E. A. fherman received re-ceived the following dispatch la;t evening from Supervisor David Barrett Bar-rett of the Targhee, Idaho, forest reserve, re-serve, who has been at the Island Park fire In that Jlstrlct for the past tow days: "Fire under control; practically out of danger. Twenty miles of fire l'ne, all under French, held fire under un-der heavy wind all day yesterday. Will relieve all men today and tomorrow to-morrow except a safe number of reliable re-liable men and forest officers for patrol pa-trol until rain. No damage done to property, and nut great to forest." Mr. Shermau also received advices last evening from Supervisor R. E Miller at Jackson Hole, Wyo., that 'u fire was raging in the forests on the east side of the Teton range. Supervisor John Raphael and a crow of men who have been assisting Su-I Su-I ervlsor Barnctt have been ordered to Jackson Hole. |
