Kristine Mullett Makes March Marriage Plans Mr. and Mrs, Wesley F. Mullett, Mul-lett, Cedar City, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristine, to Douglas E. Plum-mer. Plum-mer. The prospective bridegroom, bride-groom, also of Cedar City, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Plummer. The young couple is making mak-ing plans for a wedding on March 22. The bride elect graduated from Cedar City High School in 1966 and has attended CSU. While in high school, she served serv-ed as student body secretary, attended Girls' State, and was a member of the marching march-ing group. She has been affiliated with the Pi Rho Omega Sorority while attending attend-ing CSU. Mr. Plummer is also a graduate grad-uate of Cedar High School and has attended the University Univer-sity of Utah and CSU. He will get his degree this spring. While at CSU, the prospective bridegroom has been affiliated with the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.
