Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 15th day of November, 1988, at 10:30 A.M., at the front entrance of the County Court House at Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by Kay M. Lewis, Trustee, and First Security Financial, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by D. RICHARD DUNN and SUSAN K. DUNN, as Trustors, and recorded July 7, 1987, as Entry No. 793205 in Book 1178 at Page 1032, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of said beneficiary by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded June 24, 1988. as Entry No. 829006 in Book 1242 at Page 633 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property located at 411 East Indian Springs Road, Bountiful, Bounti-ful, Utah: Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of a road South 0 deg 10 min East 559.66 feet along the Section line from the Northwest North-west Corner of Section 5, Township Town-ship 1 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence South 47 deg 32 min East 133.35 feet along said Northerly line; thence North 42 deg 28 min East 260.90 feet; thence North 58 deg 04 min West 183.49 feet; thence North 25 deg 28 min West 279.32 feet; thence South 0 deg 10 min East 451.66 feet along said Section line to the point of beginning. Subject to any facts, rights, in- terests, or claims which are not shown by the public records, but ' which could be ascertained by an inspection of said land, or by making inquiry of persons in possession thereof, or by correct survey; and any Patent, reservations, reserva-tions, easements and rights-of-way of record, and to any existing ex-isting reservations to the use of water, or any part thereof, which may be appurtenant to the above-described premises.
