Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, December 20, 1928. Notice is hereby given that John M. McQuarrie, whose post office address is St. George, Utah, has made application appli-cation in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate .05 c. f. s. of water from McQuarrie Spring in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the spring which bears N. 77 deg. E. 1782 ft. from the NW cor. of Sec. 35, T. 40 S., R. 16 W., S. L. B. & ML, and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance of 500 ft. where it will be used during the entire en-tire year for the watering of 1000 head of cattle. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office at File No. 10504. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion cf the publication of this notice GEO.
