Show H. L. RE ID RECEIVES 'r RECOGNITION ON PROHIBITION PLAN H. Lorenzo Reid, of the Dixie College Col-lege faculty, who submitted a plan for prohibition enforcement in the recent Durant $25,000 prize contest, has received a telegram from the award committee stating they proposed pro-posed publication in part or in whole of selective plans, among which his was included, and asking him not to release his contribution for publication pub-lication to anyone else. This is quite a signal honor for Mr. Reid, as 23,213 contributions were received. The award committee was composed compos-ed of Jane Adams, United States Senator Wm. E. Borah and Carter Glass, and other public persons throughout the United States. |
