Show MODENA MODENA, Jan. 1. Mrs. Minnie Mclntire of Driggs, Idaho, came in last Sunday to spend the winter with her sister, Mrs. Lillian Chapman. Chap-man. Mr. and Mrs. Leon F. Terry and daughter Charlotte spent Christmas with Mr. and Mrs. E. E. McDowell. Mrs. R. O. Bruce and children were home from Hollywood, Calif., to spend the holidays with Mr. Bruce. Alvin Iverson is up again after a two weeks seige of the flu. Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Anderson went to their old home at Provo for the holidays. They have been unable to return yet on account of the illness ill-ness of Mr. Anderson. Clyde Phelps is taking his place as section foreman fore-man until he is able to work again. Mrs. Irene Handlcy and Anna Chapman of Milford are visiting their mother, Mrs. Lillian Chapman. C. E. Wormlcy of Gold Springs spent several days last week at the McDowell home. Horace Phelps of Kelso, Calif., is home visiting his father over the New Year. Mr. and Mrs. William Paddock left Wednesday for Provo, where Mr. Paddock Pad-dock is section foreman of the Provo yards. They have spent a month visiting vis-iting friends in Modena. The Misses Mildred and Beulah Bond of Salt Lake City spent their holiday vacation with their grandmother, grand-mother, W. A. Bond. |
