Show M'PARLAND DECLARES CONFESSION IS SECRET James McParland, manager of the . Western division of Pinkerton's National Na-tional Detective agency, with headquarters head-quarters at Denver, was a visitor to Salt Lake yesterday. Mr. McParland, who has had charge of the assassination case of Gov. Steu-nenberg, Steu-nenberg, talked entertainingly of that case, or at least of the arrest of Moyer, Heywood and Pettibone. all of whom, he maintained, were legally arrested and extradicted from Colorado.
