OCR Text	HUNDRED MILLIONS FOR IRRIGATION PURPOSES BOISE, Ida., June 25. It has been determined to designate the meeting of the National Irrigation ocngress, to be held in Boise in September, as "The Hundred-Million-Dollar Congress." In other words, an agitation is then to be started to secure a direct appropriation appropria-tion of $100,000,000 from Congress to supplement the reclamation fund. This has been determined upon after af-ter consultation with many of those who are leaders In the work of the congress.
