Show XO'ITCK TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given That the Town of Milford, in Beaver County, Utah, proposes to make the following follow-ing public improvements, towit: The construction of concrete sidewalks side-walks along the following named streets in said town, between the following fol-lowing named points, except where sidewalks already conforming to the general plan of improvement now exist, towit: Both sides of 5th Avenue, from Main to Lewis Streets. Both sides of Lewis Street from 5th Avenue to Center Street on West side, and to North line of alley thro block 3 on East side. Both sides of 2nd Avenue from Lewis Street to E. Property line of unnamed street West of Lewis. North side of alley through Block 3. from Lewis Street to' Stoddard Street. Both sides of Stoddard Street from 3rd. Avenue to North 2nd Avenue, W and L Townsite. Both sidese of Main Street from 5th Avenue to North 3rd. Avenue W and L. Both sides of McKeon Street from and L. ar dadadadadada-dllouou 1st Avenue to North 3rd Avenue on W side and North to 2d Avenue on E side W and L. Both sides of 4th Avenue from Main Street to East Property line of Compbell Mill cite. Both sides of 3rd Avenue from Main to Stoddard. Both sides of 2nd Avenue from Main to Stoddard. Both sides of 1st Avenue from McKeon to Stoddard. Both sides of Center Street from Mellon tO' Stoddard and North side from Stoddard to N. Milford Place. Both sides of N. 1st Avenue from McKeon to West boundary of W. and L. townsite. Both sides of North 2nd Avenue from McKeon to Stoddard on South side and to Main on North side. West side of N. Walrus street from 1st Avenue to Nevada Avenue and East side to Mentor Avenue. North side of 1st Avenue from N. Milford Place to N. Walrus Street. North side of allev between block 3. Campbell Mill Site and block 22, from Stoddard Street to Lewis St. Sealed bids are invited for said work and will be received at the office of-fice of the town clerk of said town until 8 o'clock p. m.. on the 19th day of May, A. D. 1921, at which time said bids will be opened and considered consid-ered by the board of trustees of said town, and the contract awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, v Instructions to bidders, plans and specifications for said improvement can be seen and examined at the office of-fice of the undersigned town clerk in said town. Each bid-must be accompanied with a certified check of 5 per cent of the amount thereof, as a guarantee that the accepted bidder will enter into contract and. give an approved bond of 5 0 per cent of the contract amount, am-ount, within one week after said work is awarded, otherwise the amount, am-ount, to be forfeited to the district.
