Home Service activity will go on as before. Representatives of the Red Cross remain in the field for the purpose of assisting of every branch of the work which is related to the chapter development and the' pursuit pur-suit of all matters concerning the welfare of the country's heros and their families. We are informed that the number of field representatives has been increased, in-creased, in order to facilitate the handling of the enlarged volume of work through the remaining divisions, divisi-ons, at the same time providing closer clos-er contact with chapters in general. During March, local home service , lealt with 21 cases, involving addl- ' tional evidences in compensation claims, application for vocational training and adjustment of final approvement: ap-provement: medical examination reports, re-ports, transfer of men from one jurisdiction jur-isdiction to another in case of removal remov-al from late location, insurance and allowance problems, etc. Frequent expressions of appreciation from all those whose interests have been upon up-on the heart, of Home Service are greatly prized. It is continually the desire of this service that thorough cooperation a.nd persecerance and necessary promptness all enlistment period "left-overs" may be thoroughly thorough-ly settled.
