Show WEDDING RITES UNITE ALTAMONT COUPLE The former Kim Goodrich, daughter of Mr, and Mr. Gary Goodrich and Eric C. Fisher son of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Fisher of Altamont were married March 20, during a double ring ceremony in the Altamont LDS Chapel Bishop Bruce Goodrich officiated. Following the wedding ceremony and prior to the reception, members of the wedding party enjoyed a wedding dinner. The reception was held the same evening in the Altamont LDS Ward Cultural Hall and the bride and groom greeted their guests against a setting of white Grecian pillars set on either side of an arch with apricot Glad tolas and yellow carnations throughout The bride was lovely in an early 4 american style floor length dress with a high chocker neck and deep ruffled yoke. The sleeves were full with tight fitting ruffled cuffs and the full three tiered skirt fell from the fitted bodice. The finger tip length veil had a high fitted cap with small lace flowers with seeded pearls. She carried a bouquet of apricot and yellow roses with yellow carnations and baby breath. Serving as maid of honor to the bride was a sister, Linda Goodrich. She was dressed in a floor length dotted swiss gown and carried a long stemmed rose. Sandy Goodrich, Jodi Goodrich, sisters of the bride and Myrlene Young, Pam Watkins, Becky Jessen, and Teri Goodrich served as bridesmaids. Another Moy 6, 1976 STANDARD sister, Jamie Goodrich, served as the flower girl All sisters were dressed in floor length yellow dotted swiss gowns while the other girls dressed in apricot colored gowns. All young ladies carried a long stemmed rose. The mother of the bride wore a floor length apricot print gown. Her flowers were yellow roses. The mother of the groom dressed in a gown similar to that worn by the brides mother, she also had yellow roses. Darr Fisher, a brother of the groom served as best man. Kevin Fisher, (also a brother) and Shawn McConkie, Byron Stansfield, Dirk Oman and Kirk Christensen served as the ushers. The four tier wedding cake was topped with yellow satin wedding bells and each tier bad dropped lace with roses, sweet peas, and bells. Those in charge of serving were Mrs. Joy Monsen, Mrs. Arlene Potts, Mrs. Jackie Tucker and Mrs. Colleen BiseL Helping serve was Heidi Funk, Bobbi Jo Monsen and Ludy Adley and Nancy Boren. Sue Goodrich, Barbara Hanke and Lori Ashby were in charge of the gifts. Brenda Moltzon sat at the guest book. Brent Brotherson was master of ceremonies. The bride chose for her going away ensemble a beige pant suit and accessories. The couple chose to honeymoon on a tour of Nevada and California. They are making their home in Altamont Both the bride and groom attended Altamont high school Eric also attended Provo Technical College. Concert set at DHS tomorrow Tomorrow, May 7, Michael McCreery will perform in concert at Duchesne high school auditorium beginning at 8 p.m. Also featured are "The Sensurround," with Tyke Kargis, Billy Peatross, and Greg Hayes; and Linda Greep, Sherry Ohm, Sherry Lott and Sandy Solbus. Accompanists are Chyrl Park and Rose Powell There will be no admission charge. A babysitting service will be provided. The first half will include classical and opera selections. The second half will be comprised of contemporary and country songs. A recording of the group's October 14 concert will be on sale following the performance. JUNE WEDDING PLANNED BY COUPLE Mr. and Mrs. Stern Willard of North Edwards, announce Calif., Degree and from Brigham young University April 23rd of this year with a B. A. degree in Interior Design. The prospective groom graduated from Uintah high school in Vernal in 1972 where he was a studentbody officer. He is a seminary graduate and served as the Uintah Seminary President as well as the District Seminary President Richard served a mission for the LDS Church in Tokyo, Japan and is presently attending Brigham Young University, hnajoring in Business Management .The couple are planning a June 11th wedding in the Los Angeles Temple.
