Among the measures now before the legislature, ono introduced by Representative Rep-resentative Popo of Wasatch county, and which he will use every effort to have passed, is H. B. 2o. 48. It is a substitute for II. B. No. -16, and relates re-lates to irrigation districts. Tho pas-snge pas-snge of tho bill means tho reclamation this summer of 20,000 acres of land on the Blue Bench and 8000 acres on the West Bench, both of "which join tho town of Theodore; a part of the South Myton Bench, containing 6000 acres, and other large tracts in tho Uintah basin.
