NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX. Notice Is hereby given that a special tax for tho purposo of extending tho sewer has been levied and confirmed by ordinances of tho city council approved January 12, 1909, and February 2, 1009, respectively. Said special tax Is levied upon the following fol-lowing described real property In Salt Lake City, to wit: In loto 2, 3, I, 5 and 6, block 6, plat E, and In lot 1, block 104. plat A. Salt Lake City survey, abutting on both sides of West Temple street between be-tween First North and Second North streets, in sewer district No. 1 of Salt Lako City, and Is clue and payable In five (5) equal annual installments, beginning begin-ning February 2, 1010. Each of said Installments shall bear Interest at tho rato'of six (G) per cent per annum from tho dato of the approval of tho ordinance confirming tho levy of said tax, to wit, the 2nd day of February. 1909, until the dato of delinquency, and eight (8) per cent per annum from date of delinquency until paid. Provided that one or more of said Installments, or the whole of said tax, may be paid on or before be-fore ten. days oftcr tho approval of the ordinance confirming said tax, to wit, the 2nd day of February. 1909. Provided, also, that ono or more of aald installments, or tho whole of said tax, may be paid on tho day any Installment becomes due, by paying the amount thereof and tho interest to date of payment. pay-ment.
