I' Aruil LeFevre Named "Citizen Of The Month" BOULDER Selected as Citizen of the Month for September at Boulder Elementary was Aruil LeFevre. This special recognition is given to one student each month. Selection criteria are based upon four areas of responsibility and conduct: (1) all homework completed daily, (2) respect to all adults, (3) courtesy and kindness toward playmates and, (4) class participation. Aruil is a daughter of Dell and Gladys LeFevre. She was born in India and has lived in Boulder for the past two years. She has made outstanding progress in English and all academic areas because she tries so hard to succeed. She is well-liked well-liked by all her peers. She has a beautiful smile and is a pleasure to be around said Boulder Elementary principal Barbara Van Quill. Aruil was presented with a certificate that will be displayed at the school during the year. She will also have a complementary meal donated by Billie Jones at the Burr Trail Cafe.
