Gun metal, a favorite In parasol and umbrella handles, han-dles, makes its appearance In a new silk of the same name. Parasols made of It are either plain, with a black handle finished In sterling silver. Or a fancy one of the same silk - Is tucked and has a hem of Dresden . ribbon hemstitched hem-stitched en. This, with a fancy tasel, makes a very stylish affair, at 110. The silver Up sticks are all the style. When plain, as most of them are, they may be marked with an elaborate monogram en . the flat end. j The- most expensive pei- sol shown is of black chiffon and lace, and the price Is tli All-white suits are to be- the lage during the summer, and the correct cor-rect parasol should be , white. There Is an Immense Im-mense variety of these. In the plain silk, white with fancy hemstitch borders, others with Dresden effect. ef-fect. Others embroidered In white silk polka dots. A novelty is the plain white with the embroidered polka pol-ka dot border.
