Show Judgment Against W S. McCornick. A suit brought by Christian and Oscar H. Jensen some time ago to recover from W. S. McCornick the sum of $700, which it is claimed was paid the latter party in June, 1898 to apply on the purchase price of his interest in a laundry, the former parties were negotiating for, was decided yester-dav yester-dav in favor of the plaintiffs by District Judge Booth. The court held that as the transfer of McCornlck's Interest In the laundry had never been made he had no right to hold the money. |
