Pyolt, a Salt Lake chiropractor, chiroprac-tor, formerly of Ogden. has been arrested ar-rested by an agent of the federal department de-partment of justice, charged with violating vio-lating section 3 of the espionage act Pyott has been released on payment of 5000 as bond. The chiropractor was Indicted by tho federal grand jury on ten counts. It is alleged that in an advertisement, Pyott asserted that the vitality of American soldiers had been lessened by inoculation and vaccination, and that when attacked by Spanish influenza in-fluenza they . could not recover In many cases on account of the poisonous poison-ous effect of the inoculation. Pyott declared, It is said, that chiropractors, If allowed to treat the soldiers, could prevent a great many cases of sickness. sick-ness. Mr. Pyott is a son-in-law of Sanitary Sani-tary Inspector George Shorten.
