Show I Germans Destroy . Ships Before They Leave Flanders AMSTERDAM. Oct. 20 Germania, i of Berlin, the organ of the Centralist party, prints an obviously inspired commentary on the evacuation by the Germans of the Flanders coast, saying it will have an inconsiderable effect on the conduct of tho naval war.
