Show GOLF CONTESTS - . Another elimination match for the state championship was played Sunday Sun-day on the course of the Ogden Golf and Country club. The next elimination elimina-tion round will be played before Saturday Satur-day in Ogden. The semi-final and the final contest will be played in Salt Lake. In the championship play, H. C. Day defeated W, F. Rudiger by a score of three up. The matches of R. E. Bristol and A. G. Horn, T. Gilmer and W. C. Wright, Mark Murphy and Dr. F. W. Baker went by default. From the attendance at-tendance and mimber of players, the day was declared to have been one of the season's best In the first llight, W. H. Dunn defeated de-feated A. M. Squires, 5-4; R. G. Smith defeated J. W. Abbott, 4-3. Results of the second llight were: L. M. Squires-W. T. Hudls. 1-1. W. B. Brown-H. C. Marchant, 5-4. C. A. Day-E. L. Van Meter, 5-4. L. R. Buchmiller-J. M.
