Ordinance No. 444 Be it ordained by the City Council of Roosevelt City, Duchesne Du-chesne County, State of Utah: Section I It shall be unlawful for any person owning, using or having control of any irrigation water within the City of Roosevelt, to suffer or permit any such water to be discharged, run or spread upon the surface of any sidewalk, side-walk, road or street within the said City of Roosevelt. Section II Any person found guilty of violating Section I of this or- dinance shall be subject to the payment of a fine of not less than $5.00, nor more than $200.00 andor a jail sentence of not less than two days, nor more than one hundred days. Section III All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section IV It being deemed by the City Council of the City of Roosevelt that an emergency exists, this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its first publication.
