Show ADMIRAL WILSON IS BEFORE NAVY PROBE WASHINGTON. April S. Admiral H. B. Wilson, commander In chief of the Atlantic fleet, disagreed today with many of Rear Admiral Sims' criticisms of the navy department's conduct of the war.
