And scaled bids aro Invited for said work and will bo received at tho office of tho City Recorder In tho City Hall at Ogdcn, Utah, until ten o'clock a. m, on tho 29th day of April. 1920. Instructions to bidders, bid-ders, plans and specifications for said Improvement Im-provement can be seen and examined at tho office of the City Engineer in tho City Hall of said City.
