Show C. S. TBUSTEES FILEH SUIT Defendants Charged With Conspiracy to Nullify Decision De-cision Handed Down rJOSTOX. April 0. A bill was filed in the Massachusetts supreme court today by Herbert W. Estac. and other trustees of the Christian Science Publishing Pub-lishing society, seeking a temporary Injunction to restrain Luther P. Cud-worth Cud-worth of Brook-line, and other members mem-bers of the First Church of Christ. Scientist, from "taking further nc-fion nc-fion intendod." to 'interfere with them In the discharge of their duties or to compel them to resign their offices as trustees. The bill alleges that the defendant' have entered Into a plan and conspiracy conspir-acy for the purpose of nullifying the effect of the decision of Judge Dodgo. master in tho suit of the trustees against the directors, in 'favor of plaintiffs. It is alleged that the .defendants .de-fendants have conspired since the decision de-cision of the master was filed. It is charged that tho defendants In pursuance of the alleged conspiracy have undertaken to procure the cancellation can-cellation of subscriptions by Christian Chris-tian Scientists to the periodical of the society, have interfered with employes to hinder, delay' and prevent the publication pub-lication of periodicals on their appointed ap-pointed dates and have sent out false and misleading statements regarding the administration of the trust by tho trustees. . oo |
