Utah, until S o'clock p. m Monday, Mon-day, April 12. 1920. for labor and materials in connection with excavations and concrete con-crete foundations required for a part of tho Washington school which the said board proposes to erect In Ogdcn, Utah. Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications speci-fications as required to prepare bids for this work at the office of Lesllo S. Hodgson Hodg-son and Myrl A. McCIonahan. Architects. Room 829 Eccles building1, Ogdcn, Utah. All labor must bo performed and all materials ma-terials furnished and placod as required to comploto the work undor tho contract in strict nccordanco to tho drawings and specifications and to tho entire satisfaction satisfac-tion of tho architects. Tho board reserves tho right to reject any or all bids. A certified chock mado payablo to said board for a sum of monoy not less than five por cent of tho amount of tho bid must accompany each bid, and tho check of any successful bidder shall bo forfeited forfeit-ed in caso he fails or rofusos to ontcr into tho necessary contract and furnish a bond required by tho board, Tho contract shall contain, among othor oth-or things, a stipulation that at least twenty twen-ty pur cent of tho contract prico may bu withhold until the work In tho contract is complotod and accepted by tho board.
