Show Party Honors Former Bishopric A party was held Friday, honoring the outgoing bishopric. The following program was given- song, Ferris Henrie, accompanied accom-panied by his daughter; remarks, re-marks, Bishop -Lazell Henrie and Lester Gardner; talks, by Hollis Hullinger and Clifford Drollinger; a Swedish song, by Leonard Eskelson; and a piano selection, by Edna Mitchell. A pen was presented to the outgoing out-going bishopric. Word was received that Mrs. John Olsen recently had fallen and injured her leg and back. She was confined to her bed for a week. Mr. and Mrs. Olsen are in Denver working in the mission mis-sion home. " f Mr. and Mrs. Tad Wilkerson and Mrs. Fern Petersen and little daughter, Cherynn, went to Duchesne- for a dinner party in honor of one-year-old Lee Ann. daughter of W. J. Stevenson, Steven-son, and granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tad Wilkerson. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Fuell and family, from Tooele1, were recent re-cent visitors here. Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Duncan, Dun-can, of Salt Lake City, visited with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oluf Duncan during the weekend. week-end. Square dancing was held Wednesday Wed-nesday with a big attendance. Saturday square dancing will be held at the church house for all the young people of the community. |
