iljiy " v rrr' THE CORNER SHOPPE, a unique convenience store, will have its ribbon-cutting May 8 at 1 1 a.m., and a day full of activities to celebrate. Ribbon cutting May 8th BOUNTIFUL - A ribbon-cutting ribbon-cutting ceremony and donut derby will highlight the grand opening of The Corner Shoppe, a new type-of convenience store which will officially offi-cially open next Thursday. : THE RIBBON-cutting will take place at II a.m. at the store, lo cated at 495 South 500 West. Cheerleaders from Bountiful, Viewmont and Woods Cross high schools will assist Bountiful Mayor Dean S. Stahle as he cuts the red ribbon and officially opens the shoppe. After the ceremony, a reception re-ception and tour of the facilities will be held. The donut derby will take place that afternoon at 3 p.m. A team of six donut demolition experts from each school will compete for medals med-als and a donation of $100 to the winning school. THERE WILL also be prizes for the community, which is invited to attend.
