Show ELLIS E. WILLIAMS Ellis Williams suffers fatal accident Ellis Elmo Williams 64, died June 6, 1976 at his home in Cedar City, of an accidental fall. He .was born ' Dec. 23, 1911 in Kanarraville to Joseph and Mary ' Pollock Williams. - 'He married Mauna Petersen Sept. 16, 1949 in Pioche, Nev. He worked for Titanium Metals Inc. in Henderson, Nevada. Member of the LDS Church and a Veteran of World War II where he received the Purple Heart Medal. He is survived by his wife of Cedar City, 1 son and four daughters: Mrs. Claude (Carrolyn) Larson; Vern J. Williams ' both of Las Vegas, Nev.; Mrs. Gerald (Darlene) Carter of Cedar City; Mrs. Verde (Mardell) Williams of Layton, and Mrs. Jack (Markaye) Wingett of Kingman, Arizona. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren; grand-children; one sister and two brothers; Mrs. Delile (Gwen) Davis of Kanarraville; Roscoe Williams of San Bernadino, Calif, and Bevan Williams of Seattle, Wash. Funeral services were held Wed. at 2 p.m. in the Kanarraville LDS Ward Chapel. Burial with Military Honors was in the Kanarraville Cemetery under the direction of the Spilsbury & Graff Mortuary. |
