Show Roger J. Hope T Roger James Hope, 31, of Pasadena, Calif., passed away Oct, 25, 1987 at the Century City Hospital in Los Angeles, Calif. Born May 3, 1956 in Bakersfield, Calif., to Ivan N. and Marilyn Tingey Hope. He was a graduate with honors from Bountiful High and served there as senior class vice president Graduate of the Medical College of Augusta, Ga. Served an LDS mission mis-sion to Geneva, Switzerland, worked as a physical therapist at the City of Hope Hospital in Duarte, Calif. Roger had a great love for life and for all people. He is survived by his parents of Bountiful, grandmother Eva L. Tingey, Salt Lake City; brothers, Scott I. Hope, Riverside, Calif.; Matthew L. Hope, Bountiful and Gregory L. Hope, Sunnyvale, Calif.; four nephews and one niece. Memorial services will be held Thursday, Oct 29 at noon at the Bountiful 9th Ward Chapel, 600 East Center Street, Bountiful and in Duarte, Calif, on Sunday, Nov. 1.
