Show NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, April 20, 1988 at 7:00 p.m. at the Farmington City Municipal Building, the Farmington City Council will meet to consider an appeal by Steve Glezos of the GAFCO Development Company for a Coodltkmal-Specud Use Permit to construct a 2,400 sq. ft. Convenience Con-venience Store, 3 gas pumps, 6,400 sq. ft. of retail shops, 6,400 sq. ft. of professional profes-sional offices and a 525 sq. ft. Automatic Automa-tic Car Wash at 675 North Main Street in Farmington. The Planning Commission Commis-sion denied the original application on February 25, 1988. The property in question is currently zoned Special Use - S which allows a convenience store, gas station and retail re-tail shops by Conditional Use permit only. The meeting is for the purpose of receiving input from all interested citizens regarding this proposed Condi- tional-Special Use appeal.
