Show Missionary Sets Talk Sunday in S. H. Ward Henry Landward, who recently re-cently returned from a mission to The Netherlands and Bek gium will be the speaker Sunday Sun-day evening at Sugar House Ward. Florence Pierce, author of "The New Story of the Book of Mormon" will lecture and show slides on the "Homeland of the Nephrites' Nations" to the MIA snecial interest group on March 16. March 18 will be the last dance of the Sugar House Ward Dance Club for the season. In order to stimulate interest in next years activities, this has been designated as a special guest nignt. a coraiai invitation invita-tion is extended to anyone desiring de-siring to enjoy an evening of dancing. The dance is semi-formal semi-formal and tickets may be purchased pur-chased at the door. Boys and girls were given names last Sunday at Sugar House Ward. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Har-ry Linde named , their little daughter, Linda Raye. The Ross Deans chose Bryce Lloyd for their son. Also receiving riames were Katherine Helena Hall, daughter daugh-ter of the Melvin Halls and Ben David Miller, son of Mr. and Mrs. Benton A. Miller. Vicki Vernon and Betty Jane Jensen were confirmed members mem-bers of the LDS Church at services serv-ices last Sunday. |
