Show Post 65 Bugle Corps 'Active On Tuesday, March 16, at 7:30 p.m. the drum and bugle corps will visit the Mill Creek Ward, for the court of honor of the Boy Scouts. Our drum and bugle corps has been very active ac-tive in assisting the Scouts throughout the city and county. The birthday party to be he.il by the post in Memorial Hall, at Memory Grove, wili be next Saturday, March 13. The admission ad-mission charge will be per couple. This will include dinner, din-ner, floor show, doDr prizes and dance. The post has, this week, conducted con-ducted two funerals for returned return-ed war veterans. They were both graveside services, with bugler, firing sciuad and colors. The funeral of Fred Hahn was conducted at the city cemetery last Wednesday and that of Norman Larson was held last Saturday afternoon at the Sunset Sun-set Lawn Mausoleum. They : were both full military services.. Our commander has also ien-dered ien-dered his services as bugler for Post No. 2 on two occasions in the past week. By "Mack." |
