SPECIFICATION TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: CON-CERN: BE IT KNOWN THAT CONSOLIDATED CON-SOLIDATED COSMETICS of Chicago, 111., being engaged in the business of selling cosmetics adopted for its use a trade name, mark andor device, of which the following is a description descrip-tion or fac-simile: FORBIDDEN 12-1212-19 AFFIDAVIT James L. Younghusband, being be-ing first duly sworn deposes and says that he is one of the partners of CONSOLIDATED COSMETICS located and doing business in Chicago, 111.; that the said CONSOLIDATED COSMETICS COS-METICS is the exclusive owner of the trade name, mark and or devise described in the specification specifi-cation accompanying this affidavit affi-davit thpt the said trade name mark andor device is in use by it in the business of selling cosmetics in the State of Utah; he claims said trade name, mark andor device is the same under which goods or merchandise are manufactured, prepared, handled, han-dled, sold of distributed by him.
