Show Altowah Mrs. Ethel Beebe Helps Celebrate Ninth Birthday Marie Hyatt, of Salt Lake City, spent the week end with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chubb Reay, and also helped her sister, sis-ter, Mary Ann celebrate her 9th birthday anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. Nephi Chatwin, Wallace and Gilbert Chatwin, of Tabiona, and Mrs. Mary Lublin Lub-lin and sons, of Salt Lake, visited vis-ited at the home of their daughter daugh-ter and sister, Mrs. Albert Clark, and family, Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Arvil Stone and sons, of Duchesne, spent the week end with Mrs. Clarence Smith while Mr. Smith was hunting deer. W. B. Stoddard, of Randleti, was in to"wn Friday on business. Minnie Lue Jessen tended the children of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Dunsmore while they went deer hunting. Lula Farnsworth, of Ogden, visited her sister, Mrs. Blaine Corbin, and friends, over the week end. John Pace and son, of Price, transacted business at the Gilbert Gil-bert Beebe ranch Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Orin Curry, of Neola, were in Altonah, Monday. Mon-day. Mrs. Millie Besst, of Cascade Locks, Oregon, arrived Wednesday Wednes-day to visit her parents. Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Maxfield; and also to visit her niece, Mrs. Vel- ma Richens, who is seriously ill in the Vernal hospital. Rex Fowler, who is a student at University of Utah, Salt Lake City enjoyed the week end with his father and brother. Mr. and Mr. Dick Smith and son, of Salt Lake City spent the deer hunting season at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ty Kolb. Mrs. Smith is Mrs. Kolb's sister. Elaine Carroll, who is employed em-ployed in Salt Lake City spent the week end with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Carroll. Mrs. W. A. Maxfield, Mrs. LaRue Fisher, Mrs. Twila Ralphs and Mrs. Millie Besst made a trip to Vernal Thursday to visit Mrs. Velma Richens. Mrs. Lillis Alexander, of Mt. Home, and Wm. Jessen, of Bo-neta, Bo-neta, visited Thursday with Mr. and Mrs. Lee Jessen. j |
