Show Our Boys In The Service JOHN E. FAUSETT John E. Fausett, machinist's mate second class, USN of Myton, Utah is serving aboard the destroyer des-troyer USS Arnold J. Isbell, a unit of the U. S. 7th Fleet participating partic-ipating in the Tachen Island evacuations. evac-uations. The Isbell was the first U. S. combatant vessel to enter the Tachen area on Feb. 7 when she led a force to provide gunfire support if needed. On Feb. 9 the ship participated in the rescue of a Navy pilot and two crewmen when their Navy Skyraider was shot down by antiaircraft anti-aircraft fire after the plane flew near Communist positions.
