Show BRIDGELAND Mrs. Sbelby Lisonbee Go With Scouts Scoutmaster Frank Meyer accompanied ac-companied the following Scouts to the High Uintah Camp: Jerry Shields, Leland, David and Lewis Clegg and Douglas Murphy- Leland Le-land received the honor of having the cleanest camp. Jerry received merit badges for cooking, swimming swim-ming and citizenship. Lewis received re-ceived his second class badge, and Douglas received his first class badge. Kay Brund'age took the group to the camp. Mrs. Earvin Murphy visited last Sunday in American Fork with rclcitivGS" - Jack and Ronald Liddell were business visitors at Logan Monday Mon-day of last week. Mr. . and Mrs. Malcolm Walters accompanied Mrs. Rulon Skinner of Roosevelt to Duchesne Wednesday Wednes-day to attend funeral services for Mrs. Fanny Price. Others from here attending were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Meyer, Sr. Mrs. Christina Fitzgerald, with her father, James Giles, and her two small daughters, El Doris and Patsy, went to Mt. Home, Idaho, during the week to move Mr- and Mrs. Danny Beeler to Salt Lake City. The Beelers were stationed at Idaho the past few months where Danny was serving in the Air Force. Mr. and Mrs. Guy Smith and two children of California were last week visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Alma Smith. They were callers at the Frank Meyer home one day. Gerald Murphy of Murray spent Tuesday and Wednesday here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Meyer. Visitors here for the weekend from Salt Lake City were Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Brady and small daughter, Lori, Mr- and Mrs. Joe Walters and . baby, ReNae, Mr. and Mrs. Lon Famsworth and small son, Mr. and Mrs. Curt Koffard, Norma Rae Murphy and Bertie Lisonbee. Last week visitors at the Jack Liddell home were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Newman of Idaho and Rulon Ru-lon Liddell of Provo, who spent the weekend here with his parents. par-ents. Rodney Meyer of Murray is visiting relatives here. Mrs. Henna Shields returned to her home here Tuesday from Salt Lake City where she underwent an optration at the LDS Hospital. She was accompanied home by her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Gordon Shields, and two children for a short visit. Jack Liddell and daughters, Ja Nae and Karen, made a trip to Salt Lake City Monday. FARMERETTES MEET The Farmerette Club met Monday Mon-day evening at the home of Viola Shephard with Clista Mecham as co-hostess. The group enjoyed the evening, with Miss Mable Merrell as the demonstrator. |
