Show Bank Officials Hear Story Of SCS Program Members of the Uintah Basin Soil Conservation District board of supervisors, office and field personnel, and the county Agricultural Ag-ricultural agent, joined together to acquaint officials of the Commercial Com-mercial Bank of Utah with their program in the Uintah Basin, and urged their cooperation in future programs, at a special meeting in the conference room of tha bank last Friday afternoon. after-noon. ' Conducting the meeting was : Joe Wilcken, of Tabiona, vice-1 vice-1 chairman of the board of su- pervisors, and participating in ! th proeram were Alden D. White, Roosevelt, chairman of the board; Thomas B. Evans, district soil conservationist, and j Louis Jensen, county agent. I Others connected with the SCS who attended the meeting j were Grant Parrish. assistant conservationist at Vernal. Don i Nielson, Roosevelt, unit conservationist; conser-vationist; and Leslie Goodrich, Bluebell, district supervisor. Supervisors not attending were LsRue Pisckup, Randlett; and Marvin Smith, Vernal, who make up the non-salaried five-man five-man board for the district. Representing the bank were Robert Montgomery, assistant manager of the Roosevelt affice; Weslev Dickerson, Paul Murphy and Mrs. J. O. Orser.
