Show $85,467 Budget Oiilied By Roosevelt City For "56 Mayor Paul Murphy and the-city the-city council of Roosevelt last week gave their final approval to the 1956 budget which will amount to $85,467.75. The approved figure for this year is $2,898.25 less than that expended by the' city in 1955. According to Mayor Murphy the $18,079.00 will be disbursed from the general fund to cover salaries and' expenses of officials and employees, em-ployees, assessing and collecting taxes, municipal building upkeep, office expense' and telephone, bond premiums, insurance and social' security se-curity tax, public library, recreation, recrea-tion, Uintah Basin Industrial Convention Con-vention and donations.
