Show ieeUn-Semett Mrs. Fern Houston Jack Houston, small son of George Houston, is ill with chicken pox. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond White of Vernal, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Horrocks, of Lapoint, were Sunday Sun-day visitors at the Otis Horrocks Hor-rocks residence. Mrs. Nellie Rich and daughter, daugh-ter, Carol Ann, and Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Anderson were visitors vis-itors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Horrocks last week. A 4-H club meeting will be held Monday at the home of Clair Haslem to organize and plan new work. James Bacon was a visitor and speaker at Sacrament meeting meet-ing Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Morrill Labrum were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Otis Horrocks on Monday. Dean Cox, of Huntington, visited at the Delbert Horrocks home last Sunday. Billie Haslem. is home, much improved from his recent attack at-tack of polio. He is glad to be as well as he is after seeing- others in the hospital in such bad condition. The starling (a kind of blackbird) black-bird) has invaded out vicinity in the last few months. They fly in flocks and completely clean the berries from the olive trees. Orion Gottfredson, postmaster at Circleville, has been visiting at the J. A. Houston home. |
