Show Barbara Armstrong, John C. Roller Wed Saturday In Salt Lake Rites An impressive marriage ceremony cer-emony was solemnized August 12, at the First Presbyterian church, in Salt Lake City, when Miss Barbara Lorraine Armstrong, Arm-strong, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Armstrong, of Salt Lake City, became the bride of John C. Roller, -son of Mr. land Mrs. Charles Roller, of Ne-ola. Ne-ola. The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore t peach satin street dress accented accent-ed by black accessories and a corsage of orchids. Miss Anneth Stinneck, who attended her as bridesmaid, was attired in a gray plaid chiffon dress, complimented compli-mented by white accessories. She wore a pink rosebud corsage, cor-sage, Edward Yack, the bride groom's brother-in-law, performed perform-ed best man duties. Imediately following the wed ding, Mr. and Mrs. Roller greeted greet-ed friends at a reception at the Y.W.C.A. club house, with the bride's parents as hosts. Striking arrangements of gladiola and roses, and lighted white tapers formed the background back-ground for the beautifully decorated, dec-orated, 3-tier wedding cake, which formed the focal point of the decorations. The new Mrs. Roller will : graduate as a nurse Aug. 23, . ! from the Salt Lake Vocational ! school. ! Mr. Roller will enroll as a senior student this year at University Uni-versity of Utah. They will make their home in Salt Lake City. |
