Show Randlett Nanna Jarman Tuesday evening the Gleaner Girls and M. Men presented two one-act plays, and sold popcorn balls and punch to a large crowd. A dance was also enjoyed. The grade school children enjoyed a matinee performance during the afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Jessie Jensen have returned from a week's visit vis-it in California. Everyone in Ouray valley is greatly concerned over wiring their homes for the power which will soon be turned on. The power pow-er is now as far east as Jack Young's. Mr. and Mrs. Ruben Wilson are at Chesterfield, Idaho with their daughter, Lenna, who recently re-cently lost her husband as a result re-sult of a heart ailment. Duane Wall is home for a few days from Farmington, New Mex ico, where he is working for an oil company. Colleen Robison has spent the past week in Ballard with her giandmother, Mrs. Pearl Jenkins. Jen-kins. They have been making-quilts making-quilts for Colleen. Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Lewis have a new car. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Chandler had their son blessed in Sacrament Sacra-ment meeting. He was given the name "James Bailey Chandler" by his father. Bishop Ira Wilson is still confined con-fined at home because of illness. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Taylor went to Salt Lake to buy some electric appliances for their home. |
