Show ALVA LEONADIOS LICONBEE .Alva Leonadios Lisonbee died at his home in Bluebell Monday, Jan. 13 at 11:03 a.m. of causes incident to age. He would have been 7d years old on Jan. 22. Mr. Lisonbee was born in Springville, Utah, Jan. 22, 1871, a son of Alva L. and Sarah Ann Robinson Lisonbee He married Mary R. Merrill May 31, 1894 in the Manti L D S Temple. They moved to the Uintah Basin in 1907, homesteading at Bluebell. Blue-bell. During his early days in the Basin Mr. Lisonbee freighted with a team over the Price road through Indian Canyo.ii. With the advent of motor freight service, ser-vice, he discontinued his activities activi-ties aa a freighter and devoted his time to farming, Besides his widow, Mr. Lisonbee Lison-bee is survived by five sons, Hosea Lynn, Clifford and Lee, of Bluebell; Shelby, of Bridgeland; Merrell, of Myton; four daughters, daugh-ters, Lydia Bird, Mary Bird, Belle Bird and Florence Williams, Wil-liams, all of Bluebell. Also surviving sur-viving him a.re four brothers, Lafayette Lisonbee, Hyrum Lisonbee Lis-onbee and Bird Lisonbee, of Salt Lake City, and Roy Lisonbee, of Roosevelt; five sisters, Mrs. Rhoda Bell Pierce, Spanish Fork; Mrs. Lydia Holmes, Buhl, Idaho; Mrs. Lavinia Hamilton, Seattle; Mrs. Lucy Ayre, Portland, and ivirs. Florence Chandler, Idaho; 35 grandchildren and 7 greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Thursday at l'.OO p. m. in the Bluebell ward chapel. Burial was in the Bluebell cemetery. |
