Show Arcadia Mrs. Elsie Bird Wednesday night the Boy Scouts sponsored a boxing and wrestling bout between Bridge-land Bridge-land and Arcadia. The Arcadia boys were the winners. Friday night the school bus took a load of students to Roosevelt Roose-velt to the basketball game. A large crowd from here attended at-tended the Gold and Green ball at My ton. Bishop Marion Ross was taken to Roosevelt, Friday, for medical attention. Mrs. George Marrett is visiting visit-ing in Salt Lake with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. John Bell. I Visitors at Sacrament meeting Sunday were First Counselor Porter Merrill, Second Counselor Lowell Clement, and John P. Madsen. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Ross, daughter, Karren, and Bennet Josie visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Ross, Sunday. Miss RaNae Gill is spending a couple of weeks visiting in Salt Lake with her sister, Mrs. Herman Her-man Lund. Mr. and Mrs. Sharon Holgate and children are visiting in Salt Lake. - Mr. and Mrs. James Solomon-son Solomon-son and family called at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Larsen in loka, Sunday. Martha Lou Horrocks spent the weekend at the home of Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Gilbert. Dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. S. O. Solomonson, Sunday, were. Mrs. Olga Solomonson, Mr. and Mrs. Lecnard Smith, Robert, Claudine and Ruby Solomonson. Eldon Thompson is employed at the True Blue Cafe, Norma Mae Shields entertained entertain-ed at a skating party last week. Her guest list included Gladys Smith, June Larsen, Naomi Gilbert, Gil-bert, Leland, Lurrine and Deon Bird, Betty Holgate, Shirley Ross, Anona Shelton, Lloyd-Brady, Lloyd-Brady, Lawrence Young, Joe. x Walters, Darlene Chatwin, R. G. Ross, Shirley Myers and Wayne Shields. Refreshments were ser-, ved. Gladys Smith was an overnight over-night guest, Sunday, of Dc-on and Lurrine Bird. Pearl and Fern Zirker visited at the home of Mrs. Charlie Bird on Friday. Thomas M. Gilbert made a business bus-iness trip to Salt Lake, Monday. - Those who attended the 4-H meeting at Mt, Emmons.
