Show Myton Mrs. Grace Dalgleish Mr. and Mrs. George Funk drove to Mt. Pleasant, Thursday, to bring their daughter, Frances, home for a short spring vacation. Other students who returned with them were Margaret Mary Harris, Nancy Todd and Fred-ricka Fred-ricka Dart. Miss Laura Vorhces, a student at Wasatch Academy, spent the spring vacation here- with her room mate, Margaret Mary Harris. Mrs. Matt Uresk, Sr. went to Helper last week to visit with relatives. Neil Murray arrived Friday from Salt Lake City to spend the spring vacation with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer Murray. C. J. Hawkeswood left Friday on a business trip to Salt Lake City. Morris Buckwalter arrived last week from LeGrande, Oregon, to attend to his property interests in this district. He is a guest at the Matt Uresk home. Carolyn Dennis was hostess to a group of young friends Friday afternoon in celebration of her 12th birthday anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. James Dalgleish spent Sunday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hart in Duchesne, where they enjoyed a visit with Mrs. Dalgleish's cousins, cou-sins, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hart, of Grand Junction, Colo., who are guests at the Hart home, and with Mr. and Mrs. Del Combs and son, Gairy, who had arrived from Hollywood, Calif, to make their home in Duchesne. The Fred Harts and Ed Harts were guests of the Dalgleishes at dinner din-ner on Sunday. Mrs. Homer Robinson, who has been visiting in Salt Lake City, returned Sunday accompanied accom-panied by her son. Max, who is a student at the University of Utah, will "spend his spring vacation va-cation in Myton. The younger set enjoyed a post St. Pat's celebration with games, dancing and entertainment entertain-ment Thursday evening at the ward chapel. Mrs. Acel Bingham, who underwent un-derwent an appendectomy at the Roosevelt hospital last week, was sufficiently recovered to be returned home Monday. |
