Show Montwel-iVlonarch Mrs. E. Brown Five Stake Board members visited Sunday School conference confer-ence held Sunday, Oct. 12. Ed Thompson and son returned return-ed to their home in Ogden, Friday. Fri-day. They have been visiting the past 2 weeks at the home of Mr. Thompson's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thompson. Mr. and Mrs. Maurel Taylor attended a birthday dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs. G. B. Workman in Hancock Cove, Monday Mon-day evening. Mr. and Mrs. I. E. Blanchard . had as guests this week two of their sons and their wives. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Blanchard, of Spanish Fork, and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Blanchard, of Vernal. Their daughter, Irene,' of Vernal, was also a guest. Joyce and Dee Hall, children of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hall, of Roosevelt, visited over the week end with their aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Max Nelson. Maurel Taylor is convalescing at the local hospital after an appendectomy performed Tuesday. Tues-day. Mr. and Mrs. Newt Miller and daughter, Oxiene, were Sunday dinner guests at the home of their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Vick Brown. A group of youngsters enjoyed a weiner roast Monday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Vick Brown. The occasion celebrated cele-brated their son, Ronald's 9th birthday anniversary. Mrs. Donald Bascomb was brought home from Salt Lake City, Sunday, very much improved im-proved from her illness. |
