Show BULLETIN Hugo E. Opsahal, 37. was arraigned ar-raigned Thursday afternoon in Roosevelt Precinct Justice Court before Justice of the Peace John Baumgacrtel, where he was charged with murder in the first degree. The original complaint was amended at the request of County Coun-ty Attorney R. Earl Dillman, and now charges Opsahal with using "a blunt instrument, to wit, a hammer," in a fatal attack upon Edna L. Opsahal, his wife. Opsahal was instructed as to his legal rights, and requested a prcliminaiy hearing. He was returned re-turned to the custody of Sheriff Arzy Mitchell and committed to the Duchesne county iail to await setting of a date for the hearing- which will be held before be-fore Justice of the Peace Baum-gaertel. Baum-gaertel. Upon the request of Opsahal. the court appointed Rulon J.
